  • Target: 5–20 qualified onboardings/week.
  • Qualified = profile approved + 1 live deal + consent + POC (phone/WhatsApp) + basic photos + details verified.
  • Daily: 15–30 venue approaches, 60-sec pitch, draft deal, schedule go-live, log in CRM, coordinate shoot.
  • You: Nepali + English, WhatsApp-native, detail-accurate, EOD written update, ≤24h replies.

What we expect
  • Target: 2–7 reels/week.
  • Each reel: 9:16 (40-55s) + cut (5–10s), captions/SRT, music, thumbnail, captions + 5–8 hashtags, tidy folder.
  • Flow: plan → shoot 1–3 locations/day → edit → deliver to Drive → log in CRM; track views/saves.
  • You: Fast in CapCut, phone-first filming, strong hooks, clean handoffs.
