Full-time sales lead role. Close the high-value restaurant accounts the interns can't, and run point on the cohort while you do it.

About the role

You're our closer. Every day you'll walk into the same kinds of cafes, momo joints, dal-bhat houses, and fine-dining spots across Kathmandu the interns visit — but you'll handle the accounts where the owner says no the first time, the chains with multiple outlets, the places where the GM has to loop in head office. You sign them up on biteout.app/join, train the staff, sticker the door, redeem the deal yourself before you leave — same loop, harder targets. On top of that you run point on a small intern cohort: weekly pipeline reviews, ride-alongs when they're stuck, day-one onboarding for new starters. This is a full-time, in-person role. Six days a week with one rotational day off. You report to the founder directly.
