Partner Success Manager

A full-time role taking care of BiteOut's existing partners. Once a sales rep signs a restaurant, the partner becomes yours. From that point on, anything they need — you handle it.

About the role

You take care of BiteOut's existing partners. When sales signs a new one, they hand it to you — and from that point on, you're the owner's person at BiteOut. Menu update? Deal change? Phone number changed? New photos? Something off for them on the app? They call you. Most of it you fix directly from the admin panel without leaving your desk. Some of it needs a visit, so you go. If a restaurant's staff turns over and they need a refresher on how BiteOut works, you handle the retraining. Sales does the first one. You do every one after. This is full-time, six days a week with one rotational day off. Most days from home, in-person when a partner needs you. You report directly to the founder.
